I have a headache, nostril pain, mild cold and  fever since last night and the temperature was 99 yesterday and now it is 101.6. I have taken 4 paracetamols since yesterday after every meal. But can't see any improvement.

Can we take Dolo 650 mg tablet after taking Nicip within the same day, And what should be the minimum hours gap between both medicine to take ?
