Hi I tested Covid positive 45 days back we also tested negative but still I can get very less smell I do have a sinus issue like I don't get running nose and also either one nose gets blocked wat can be the reason for less smell for such a long time

Hello, My mother was diagnosed with Covid on 21st mar It's been over a week not and although there are no symptoms, she tends to have high fever which is 101 to 102. Her oximeter reading is between 92 to 94 is there anything else that were can do for the fever to subside?
