Vitamins Tablets That Can Be Taken.
Since the scenario is getting worse. People are trying to increase their immunity levels, precautions & healthy supplements along with food. During the last covid wave my dr. suggest Cobadex CZS Tablet. So I have started to repeat that course once again. Along with that I'm thinking of start Vitamin C tablets too. I want to know is it safe? And if yes then which Vitamin C tablets should i take? The one which only contains Vitamin C or the one which contains Vitamin C + Zinc both? And for how many days?
