Vitamin D3 tablet
Recently I joined a gym and the gym trainer has given me the diet in which he told me to take Vitamin D3 tablet once in a month. So is it good to take Vitamin D3 tablet for me and please suggest me some of the good brands of Vitamin D3 tablet?

If you don't have any insufficiency/deficiency of vitamin d, you don't need any vitamin d tablet. If you are not sure, get the test done.

I think it's pretty simple. You would not ask a doctor how to do  the bench press at the gym. Similarly , it makes sense to not listen to advice on a drug from a gym trainer A tablet, even a vitamin, is a drug. Vitamin D is fat soluble and toxicity can be detrimental. You can check your levels and if it's low, supplement with diet coupled with sunlight exposure. A 26 year old young man without diseases does not need drugs. Thank you
