Vitamin d3
My doctor has prescribed me arachitol nano vitamin d3 oral solution , which is a bit costly. Can I take calcigen d3 capsules instead of this as there is too much cost difference between the two.

Calcigen D3 is not a substitute for Arachitol Nano — they are very different. Arachitol Nano contains 60,000 IU of Vitamin D3 and is prescribed specifically to treat Vitamin D deficiency. Calcigen D3 is a calcium supplement that contains only a small amount of Vitamin D3 (around 250 IU), which is nowhere near enough to treat a deficiency. Switching on your own could mean your deficiency goes untreated. If cost is a concern, speak to your doctor — there are much cheaper alternatives with the same 60,000 IU dose, like D-Rise or Uprise D3 sachets, which work just as well and are far more affordable. Ask your doctor if they can switch you to one of those.
