Since last week I developed this pimple or lump, shown in the photo behind me ear and newr mastoid, i have tinnitus too in both the ears, and m scared if this is mastoiditis:(. Please help me, it feels sore to touch otherwise no pain, can it be a pimple or should i visit any nearby doctor to check that out? If yes then which doctor, if no then please help meee

My father has pain in right toe which has now spread in the entire foot due to which he is having trouble in walking. The foot is sore and swollen for a month now. We saw a physician, got several tests done where in his ESR came 28.9*, Differential WBC count: Eosinophils came 20.2* % Absolute Neutrophil Count 3500* Absolute Lymphocyte Count 1930* Please advise which specialist should we see? My prolactin level was 123 and tsh was 6.62 after treatment with cabergoline 0.5mg once a week for two months my prolactin reduce to 0.50 is this normal now should i discontinue cabergoline? Also Tsh is come down to 2.46.  And TPO antibodies 58. Will i be able to conceive with current report
