How did you come to the diagnosis of cystitis. If it's a previous condition, you may have to be seperately treated for it.
As for the myalgia and weakness, you should start isolating yourself and get a Covid rt PCR doen at earliest.
A little bit more detail about your pre existing health condition would help us arrive at a more focused diagnosis.
