Since morning he has fever. Gave him calpol 120. Fever comes back again. No cough as of now.is it a covid symptom?

Yesterday After afternoon I started feeling sick headache,pain in chest,dry cough, fever all the symptoms of Covid19 I haven't got the report yet but I'm feeling very anxious what should I do now?

Loss of taste and smell Felling dry throat Felling hot but temp is 98-99 Oxygen level is above 95...

My grandmother had fever and her lower back and legs were aching. She took Paracetamol and felt relief but the fever and the ache reoccurs after every 6-7 hours of taking the tablet. Please tell me what to do about it and recommended medicines.

It all started with cough 1 week before, Then next day he got fever. Next day he got fever, which remained for 2 day then 3rd day it started decreasing (while it was decreasing we consultant a doctor who gave paracetamol and antibiotics and suggested for covid-test, The covid test result was negative ) next one day the fever was mild and also had lose motion. But then 5th day onwards again the fever become severe and the body temperature was fluctuating frequently. And the condition remain same till date. What might be the cause of fever???

I got my ears pierced a month back from a jeweller using a gun shot. I was advised to apply salt water. I did that religiously but the piercing got infected. After 2 weeks I changed the ear ring to gold thinking the metal might be the problem. Even now it is not healed even after applying ointment neosporin. Can someone please advise how to treat this
