Hello, My aunt is suffering from weakness for the past 4-5 days. She was till yesterday but today she is having more weakness. She is having cough also.

Currently having cough and cold (entire family) and a covid test due to Tuesday. I do not have fever but have cough. My pulse rate is high even at rest. It is mostly 100+ and highest went to 117. Could not sleep at night. In morning it came down to 92 but again went to 113 when at rest. Please suggest what to do in this situation.
