Severe weakness in body Unable to do anything Unable to wish anything Body aches Laziness & weakness

Hello doctor, Since Yesterday I'm suffering from fever, cough , headache and body pain. I'm taking paracetamol, vitamin C, multivitamin capsule, gargle, tablet zinc. If there is increase in BP then which tablet I need to take. Not able to sleep properly and pls review the above suggest. Regards, Kapil Bhardwaj

I am covid positive male 31 yeqrs.If my hrct is 2 and no symptoms should i take fabiflu,mucennor 600 and defla cortil or normal multivitamins is ok.Also can i continue doing exercise like pushup in house or take complete rest.my saturation is 97 % .

Sir I am having Body pains which were severe during the last 2-3 days and even experiencing Nausea And Weakness.I have on hydroxychloroquine and paracetamol medication from the past 4 days and still I am experiencing body pains nausea and weakness. Sir Can you please suggest me.

Every 4 hours temperature reaches 103°F irregular stool, fatigue, weakness, nausea, dizziness. Blood oxygen saturation drops to 88-87. Today is fifth day after Covid positive detection. Heartbeat around 120. Is this normal in this condition. When will this condition go back to normal. Also no taste bad smell and zero appetite. Not being able to eat anything.
