Hi, My wife was keep on complaining about leg pains, shoulder pains. We tested her for 25-OH Vitamin D test, and came to know that she has 8.6 ng/ml. As it is deficiency do we need to take medication or exposing ourselves to sun between 10-12 am would suffice ?

I usual get breathing difficulties due to stress and anxiety.. but recently I've been in contact with covid positive relatives, and have been experiencing breathing difficulties, do you think I should get tested for covid?

Developed sudden back ache today morning. Was standing near a table just looking at the newspaper; and had a clear sensation as if something is crawling down my back and has settled to a point which then later started paining.

Lost of taste n smell,headache and was feeling feverish.Took amoxycilln for three days but headache was not going.Now taking azithromycin along with paracetamol or dolo,feeling little better.No fever.No testing is being done near my place so I couldn't do the testing.Too much Waiting is there at other places,and I have weakness.Taking all precautions at home including vitamin tablets and taking natural stuff as well.Please suggest me anything more to be done? When can I regain my taste? Anything more to be done so that my Heath becomes totally better?

For my brother doctor has prescribed remdesivir injection but I am not able to find this anywhere yet ..is there any alternate medication ?
