Whom to consult? It's happening in my throat and inside and my eyes  Dermatologist or general physician?

I'm facing light headedness from 7th April. No other symptoms. Already tested for covid - Negative BP is normal. ECG is normal. All blood reports are normal. Light headedness comes during 1am to 3 am daily and slows down once I eat something. Also comes when I pass urine/stool. Facing difficulty in focus or concentration also as these trigger the light-headedness.

My father age 57 having was having fever and cough we have done RT-PCR and the test is negative and tested typhoid positive. He is taking paracetamol thrice a day and azithromycin once a day . Now he is not having fever but cough is there . I am still scared by seeing the scenario outside also he is not vaccinated. Please help me with some suggestions

Hi my father is covid positive since 8 days. Since then he is having sore throat and constant fever of around 100c. He is taking azee 500 daily since last 8days and dolo for fever. When will fever go and he needs to continue azee500. How long will it take to recover

Previously 8months back covid positive asymptomatic symptoms,now reinfection of covid, only he had 101 to 103 temperature some investigations done-D dimer-398.2ngms/ml,CRP-24.8,ferririne-264.3,LDH-501.8 iu/l ,now temperature is normal,and spo2 maintain 96 to 98.any further treatment and investigations need?he used Azithromycin,doxicycline,medrol 8mg, ecospirine 150.please suggest further required any investigations and treatment?

It has been 3 days since Fever after my father took the Covid Vaccine. We have been giving him Paracetamol and Anti-Biotic Pills, but his condition hasn't showed any progress. What should be the next step ? Or is it normal to have fever for so long after taking the Vaccine?

Hello, My mother is suffering from high fever(101-102) and she also has headache, she is also having cough. She was having medicines ( dolo 650, Azithromycine 500, grilictus, citrizine. But fever is not coming down.. it comes down for some time and then again it increases. So is my father, he is also having fever and mild cough. Can someone please suggest what to do? We are monitoring her oxygen levels, it is around 97-98. My father's oxygen levels are also around 98. Should we go for other medicines? Regards Nitish
