Though no fever now fever was on 16 April , but extreme weekness, body pain since 10 days vomiting and upset stomach from 2 days

Very much Weakness ,can't stand and walk for 10 mins and coughing is there,no fever and normal spo2 level around 97-99

Hi I m on doctor prescription from last 6 days for fever.now today I went fr Rtpcr test& report is awaited till Wednesday.Till the tym my fever is always varying between 100 to 102.now even after dolo 650 fever is nt going below 100.what should I do?? I was tested covid +ve on 12th March and took following medication.. azithromicine, paracetamol, ivermectine, vitamin C, Zincovit from 12th march to 14th march. No fever since last 6 days but have severe weakness and hot feelings in palm and legs. What to do now?

22april - took hot steam first time twice in the day, in evening took whiskey with ice cubes . 23april - wake up with bodyache, cold, and light fever, taken PCM 500 in morning, dolo650 in evening. Feels little better for a while. 24 April - bodyache specially just behind the lungs and cold. Taken solo 650 twice that day. Also took livoCetrizine (lcz ) .  Feels little better 25. April - taken dolo650 with LCZ in morning, took sun bath for 15 min, feeling better. But feeling stiffness and pain just behind the lungs ( back) . Don't want to go out untill utmost necessary, please advice alo prescribe medicine Age 38 Height 5.10 Weight 95 No medical problem / not taking any regular medicine
