If the immune system is fighting disease, say a parasite infection, and the fight lasts for 2-3 months and patient is bedridden during this period , so can the immune accidentally prey on its own cell because the fight lasts longer than usual , is this also a way for autoimmune to be born?

I am covid positive.It is day 6 of my covid and crp is 8.5 Is it ok or alarming as my spo2 seems to be normal between 97-98 till date.

She has  e coli (amicacine higher value) and loose motion( 7-8 tym in day) from last 2 days. What medicine will be useful for stopping loose motion and vomiting (once today). Already took 2 dose of micacine 500 injection.

Hi doctor I did workout yesterday at home n today had lot of house cleaning work post that I'm having neck n back pain n feeling tired fewerish afternoon my temperature was 98.3 I took dolo n slept evening my temperature 97.7 and now night it's 98.4 I don't have loss of taste or smell nor cold cough just neck pain n mild fewerish . Do I need get covid test done tomorrow I have been at home oly since 6 days n no history of known contact to covid patient
