T4 Total 12.29
TSH 0.70
Need help on medicine that should we carry on with 100.mcg?

My husband is covid positive. I am also having symptoms and got myself tested for RTpcr. Results will take 3 days. Got hrct scan which does not show any infection. Please suggest shall I wait for my reports or start covid treatment. I am having fever, severe headache and body pain.

Heaviness and slight pain in one breast.

Headache issue
I have been experimenting headache in 3-4 days specially between and around eyebrow region.
My routine:
I do have work hours from 12 pm to 9.30pm where I need to use laptop(IT professional)
I do wake up late in the morning around 11 and sleep by 1 am at night.
I am eating home food mostly.
What could be the reason/remedy I can try?
