Recurrent fever
I am suffering from fever since last 20 days.In early days of fever I was having other covid symptoms too.i took medication for 5 days too but my fever comes daily at night around 99.5 fever remains for 3 to 4 hrs its been 3 weeks and I am having dry cough.can you please suggest I should go for which investigation is this typhoid fever.

you can take dolo 650 as and when u have fever & for cough drink warm water or can take Adusol syrup 2 tsp with warm water
