Your reports and history definitely point towards Dengue Fever however it seems there is some liver injury as well secondary to the infection. The main important treatment for dengue is hydration as well as symptomatic control. If you develop any secondary infections or if fever persists antibiotics will have to be administered. However considering your lab reports you will need regular monitoring of your platelet count and hematocrit (PCV) daily and your liver parameters atleast every third day. As your fever settles expect your platelets drop further. Nothing to panic but if it drops below 70,000 along with persistent liver enzyme elevation you will require admission just for monitoring. Please do look out for any persistent rash, itching, bleeding episodes like from gums, urine or motion.
