I want to know what shall eat in order to develop my immunity in general. I am sceptical towards supplements. I regularly eat fruits but my green veggie intake is low.

Does having symptoms like fever running nose and sore throat after getting second dose of vaccination?

Hello doctor. My father has a lipoma on the nape of neck. It's 3*1cm. It's in subcutaneous tissue. On USG it showed "thin linear echogenic strands". It's well defined and lobulated. On the clinical examination, slip sign was positive. No pain. Can we leave it alone? Is treatment necessary?

Hello doctor I was found covid positive on 20th April without any symptoms now I have done some few test to assure any inflammation CBC TLC IS 4100 and lymphocytes is 42% and CRP WHICH IS 1.08 now 7 days completed my SPO2 level always 98 to 99 anything to worry ?
