Hi, I got this mild sprain last morning was manageable, there was no restriction for movement but only pain. But this morning I experienced pain as well movement was restricted. After lunch, I took Zerodol Mr tablet but sprain is still there after 6 hrs Should I change the tablet or take the same tablet again in the night ? Generally by one tablet the sprain is released right ?

I was tested covid positive on 27 march. Then hospitalised for 10 days. Later again tested positive on 5th April and got discharge on 7th April. As of now I have no symptoms and no weekness and fever. How long do I need to isolate from myself from wife and kids.? Is covid negative test recommended or not necessary. Having cough issue from last 15 days. Covid test is negative. Having fever for 2 days on 3 and 4th April. There was weakness for 10 days. Have done covid test on 14th April where report is negative. Need advice on cough issue.
