I have fever in the range of 101 to 102 since last couple of days. Spo2 level is around 97. What should i do?

Flu vs Covid?
Last two days back I have a high fever and cold with body pains. I took DOLO tablet. from yesterday onwards I don't have a fever and body pains, but started cough. Now I'm in home quarantine.
Please confirm is this Covid or Flu?
If it is Covid please suggest some tablets.

On 10 April i taking covaxin 2nd doze and after 3 days I got loose motion and movatic. Loose motion cured but movatic feels sometime but it don't happen. Headache and weakness is still continue.
