Covid positive
I'm 28 yrs old and I've been diagnosed positive for covid (sampled on 30th April). I got fever for 2 days and then gone. On day 3 it started coughing and Now i am getting cough thorough the day. This is day 6 of illness and I'm taking Azithromycin , multivitamins and vitamin C tablets with cough syrup since day 1. What medicine i need to add in them to avoid high risk in the coming days. Till now,The saturation is maintained above 96 and the body temperature is 98-99 all the day. I don't have any other problems other than covid like asthama, diabetes etc.

There are no definite medications to prevent covid complications. Take your prescribed medications and more importantly monitor your oxygen level regularly. Probably you are having mild disease. If any difficulty consult your doctor immediately

Betadine gargle three times daily Steam inhalation three times daily Tab.ivermectin 12mg one tab at night for 5 days Plenty of fluids Strict monitoring of temp,pulse,saturation. Rest meds to continue. Stop azithral if you've completed 5 days of taking it.
