Hii, I've been having speech problems for the last few years. Words are not coming clearly from my tongue and tongue sometimes feels frozen after eating something cold. Couldn't speak clearly. I started doing some tongue exercise from the last one week but couldn't see any difference . While speaking it feels like the tongue is slipping and there is too much saliva in the mouth. Feels like I couldn't pronounce some words. Please help or give suggestions.
