9) if u feel stools are hard drink 10-15 ml of cremaffin syrup(stool softber at night
10) place a table under feet when using reat room to increase anorectal angle and avoid strain.

Please make sure you consume a lot of fibres in your diet, avoid spicy and oily food, drink adequate amount of water, avoid straining during defecation. Try sitz bath (warm water along with betadine solution and sit in it for about 10min.) Syp. Cremaffin 10ml before bed if your are constipated. Consult if the symptoms persist.
Consult a gen surgeon physically.
If you have constipation correct it by high fiber diet, drink more water and hot water before sleeping and after getting up.
Z Seitz bath Sit in a tub filled with hot to warm water add betadine solution 5to 7 min two times.
Zerodol sp three times a day after food for five days. Oz tab two times a day after food for five days.
Oxyurate ointment locally by index finger first on buthole than gently push inside the anus rotate the finger to cover anal mucosa completely before n after defication two times for 3 weeks for complete healing.
High fiber diet as oat, salad add plenty of liquid n water.
