Respected Sir/Madam, I need attention of your kind words, recently In USG REPORT of bilateral inguinal lymph nodes ,2 largest lymph node 31 mm * 7mm and 30 mm * 8mm found. I want to know what is normal size of lymph node? Is there any serious issue as I feel pain in inguinal region . I am deeply frustrated.

Sir and Madam, After few weeks of workout experienced muscle spasms, pain and also specific postures(Leaning, Putting pressure or entire load on the right shoulder and resting head over the shoulder etc) movements causing pain the ribcage area and sternum and the side of the sternum.Shoulder joint pain with sounds while rotating. Compression works but again workout or movements induces pain. Any suggestion regarding meds. Please assist. Thanks and regards.

I have been ill since a week, had bad cough and cold and also fever which lasted for two days, a week later again I am feeling feverish for which I took combiflam. The fever subsides when I take the medicine but recurs after few hours. Being in a remote educational institution it's not possible to visit a physician immediately so please do let me know the basic medicine which I can take .
