Presence of RBC in urine is abnormal but in your case I need some information like your Blood pressure, Your symptoms list. UTI , Renal stones or ureteric stone could cause this. Take Usg abdomen to rule out urologic causes first. Isolated RBC alone mostly won't be due to kidney problems mostly. Check RFT in case.

Please share details of your problem. Few RBC in urine could be due to bladder infection. Drink more water. Consult online with details.

Hi, Hope you are doing well. It is not a problem if you do not have any symptoms The real question is what made you get the test done. Tests are to be interpreted based on the need for the test. Consult if required

Get a Repeat Urine Routine Microscopy done most likely it’s a False Alarm Hydrate more drink lots of fluid and avoid direct sunlight What are your symptoms along with the report you should tell it - is there any frothing of urine or reddish discoloured urine or burning during urination Get your Hemoglobin level checked (CBC - complete blood count) and LDH Reticulocyte count to see for any intravascular hemolysis if CBC value comes low and the check the bilirubin levels in blood to be sure along with Kidney function test and Urine Routine microscopy to look for RBC casts Check for urine colour regularly Check for any Red patches or Rash in body Check for easy bruising and wounds taking long time to get better Might be a sign of Renal Calculi or Kidney Stone so should get a ultrasound KUB done from a Radiologist if the symptoms continue Might be a sign of Urinary Tract Infection Are you taking any Medications such as pain killers or NSAIDS or any Strong antibiotics recently Get a CT Scan or a Cystoscopy done if the Urologist advices and the symptoms persist
