X ray shows pleural effusion left side.It is difficult to detect pericardial effusion in a chest xray.You may need to do a echo to detect pericardial effusion.

SAMPLE TO BE SENT FOR LABS FOLLOWED BY ANTIBIOTICS.

As per xray scan
Suggestive of Lower respiratory tract infection
Most likely right side lower lungs .
Which causes enlarged cardiac shadow.
Get 2d echo and Hrct chest.
For rulling out effusion get USG chest done .
And consult with your Doctor.
