I am having urine leakage during sleep everyday at night and thus no urge to urinate in the morning. Previously I used to have a good urine urge in the morning. I have also noticed urine leakage throughout the day a few drops especially when suddenly changing positions. Ultrasound whole abdomen reports normal, only fatty liver.Prostate (2.9*2.0*2.4)cm 08cc Urine routine and culture test normal Random sugar test normal Uroflowmetry report says DECREASED FLOW(I am sharing report picture) Please tell me what are the possible causes and the diagnosis. What is the treatment. Please guide me as I am 27 years old and very much worried with this problem.

How many days does discomfort last after laser fissurectomy and piles surgery. Although my pain levels have reduced and swelling has reduced i still have pain after bowel movements and also mild burning.. I am almost 1.5 weeks post surgery now...

I have been diagnosed with SLE since 18 years and on hydroxy chloroquine once daily. No organ involvement till now. Starting symptoms were photosensitivity, mouth palette ulcers, frequent fevers, fatigue and skin boils in between which used to be pus filled. Ana positive. Esr was high. But never had joint pain ,no organ involvement till now. After 4 years of diagnosis, on a dose of HCQ twice a day for one month, my esr got normal and it is normal till now. Since 12 years, all my blood tests are normal, creatinine is normal, ast/alt normal, crp , C3 C4 all normal. This time instead of only creatinine I checked entire rft and globulin level slightly high. It is 3.7. All other tests are normal. Esr is 11. No Protein in urine. Creatinine 0.6. Only globulin is slightly high. Is it something to worry about? I will be consulting rheumatologist soon but just hoping for some suggestions

4th generation HIV test is negative at day 92 with index value 0.334 , last time index value was 0.227 and negative on day 55, is it conclusive or need further testing??

Hi...I am breastfeeding mother of a 2-month-old daughter. Recently I got myself checked & found that I have grade 1 Fatty liver.I consulted a general physician who has advised to take Udiliv 300 for 1 month & Liveril forte for 15 days. Can you please advise if these are safe to take while breastfeeding & is safe for the baby.

So, a month ago I was diagnosed with vitamin d deficiency (which was 13 ng/ml) since then I am continuously taking vitamin d supplements as directed by my doctor. But now I have not seen any positive results I am feeling very tired and fatigued all day  and I am also felling back pain. So I just want to know whether I stick to the medication or i should do some other tests .

In December I had some stomach issues and decided to change my lifestyle. So I have been trying to sleep early, its been two months and I can't sleep properly. My sleep gets broken after 2-3 hrs and even a small sound irritates me. I am not getting 8 hrs of sleep and it's affecting my day to day routine. I usually sleeps 10pm and sleep comes at 12am. I wake up at 4 am and after that I can't sleep properly.
