Hello I have lost 7 kg weight from 6 months unintentionally
I have done CBC,ESR,THYROID,CRP,HB1AC,BLOOD SUGAR,LIPID PROFILE,LFT,RFT,URINE TEST,VIT B13 & VIT D ,CECT AND USG OF ABDOMEN AND PELVIC.
All are normal only vit b12 is 159 and Vit d is 25.& i visited 7 dr in 1 month.I have a lot of anxiety also.what is the cause of weight loss and what should i do.are these test enough?

Vit d is marginally low, but that would not cause weight loss. Share your detailed history, test results.
Take tab vit d 10microgram daily for 30 days,

Mg one morning and one evening for 3 days to clear any worms that may be causing weight loss.
high protein and carbohydrate diet with lots of fresh green vegetables and fruits. Drink more water.
