My wife who is tested positive week back lost her sense of smell and now she is again able to smell things back. Does that mean virus is inactive/covid negative?? Pls let me know does that mean she might be negative now..

I had a fever and cough and cold on 22 April, i went to fortise hospital out door drpartment and met with Doctor and provided all the information to him, he wrote some medecines with covid test and few blood test, I got my covid positive report on 23rd April. I have been quarantine since 23rd April,today is the 9th day, since 23rd till today, i dont have any issue, no fever,no cough and cold ,no pain,no breathing issue, i have been using above medecine since 23rd, kindly suggest me how many days i have to more quarantine and what about the medecine
