There is 70% sensitivity of rt-pcr test , it means that in 100 covid patients in 30 it might come as negative . If you can't get isolated please wear a mask all the time in the home atleast. You can take TAB DOLO 650 MG for fever , TAB CHESTON COLD ONCE DAILY , TAB LIMCEE ONCE DAILY , TAB ZINCOVIT ONCE DAILY . For your child you can give TAB PARACIP 350 MG and give him home cooked healthy meal.
Next Steps
- If possible undergo a covid rt-pcr test again
-Wear a mask at home all the time
-Maintain hand hygiene by washing hands with soap multiple times in a day
-Do breathing excercises
Health Tips
Keep monitoring oxygen saturation at home . If you want to know how to use oximeter correctly then check out my article on it.

Running nose and bodyache is also a symptom of common cold. If your covid test is negative, then nothing to worry about. If your symptoms increase or get worse you can repeat the test (RTPCR). Untill you get well, wear mask at home. You can give multivitamin syrup to your child as a immunity booster. Hope i helped. Thanks.
