Using vitamin tablet and dolo 650 coz having fever from three days temp is fluctuating between 98.6to 99.6 n one or two times 100 so what should I do next...can I test again tomorrow for covid

Hello, I just recovered from covid. Since afternoon I am facing minor irritation in throat as it feels like something is struck. What it could be? Daily I am drinking turmeric milk and kaadha for immunity. Can u suggest something more?

My father is suffering from irregular fever every after 6hours. I have checked SPO2, it is 97%(every 4hrs). Temperature is 100.8, he can hold breath for 26secs,. We are giving Dollo, vitamin C and antibiotic but fever is not going. Sometimes he do vomiting. Please suggest what needs to be done.

I had suffered from covid 19 with mild symtoms like fever and dry cough. I have successfully recovered from covid. And today for the first time I went out for a walk. And after coming I am noticing that my muscles are aching,knee pain a bit and body  temperature is 99.6°f. Other things seems normal. What is the cause of it? I am not isolating myself because I have Tested negative.
