Back of my neck surrounding it is swollen and it is really painful and i feel exhausted iam having this pain since 4 days i thought it's just a temporary pain when i noticed it i find that my neck is swollen

My mother in law aged 63 is suffering from chronic pain on the right side of lower region of abdoman from past 5 days which is radiating right side of back and in groin area. She is taking combiflam to reduce pain but its not subsided. Suggest any test or medicine to her for this pain...

Hello Experts, My mother had taken 2nd dose of corona vaccine (Covishield) on 21st April 2021. Now on today (06-05-21) she has fever (100.3 F) and filling some tiredness. So in that situation can we go with RTPCR now ? But her two dose of vaccination has been completed already. And suppose if she corona infected then is it spreadable to others. Please guide.
