Flu

Since 1-2 weeks i felt that in right side of my inner mouth/cheeks, theres a dot dot pattern feeing(just like it happens when cold or something happens), i dont have cold not and flu. Today I saw the inner cheek has turned black, i dont smoke, drink or eat tobacco. I am scared why this has happened, please help me! When I touch that with tongue it tastes soury and there's no pain. Why is this happening? I am scared. I have attached photos, please help me! I had a dental filling last month, could that have caused it? Please help me!!

My father aged 65had a covid positive from last 10 days, he is home isolated, his oxygen saturation in between 89 to 94,from last 2 days he has no fever, but his oxygen saturation is not rising, his food habits is slowly getting normal. Does his oxygen saturation rise gradually or else he required hospitalisation .He is following prone exercise also

Hi doctor I'm covid positive and I have been prescribed with Ivermectin 12 mg - OD - 5 days (night) Azithromycin 500 - OD - 5 days (afternoon) Limcee - OD - 10 days (morning) Zincomic 50(zinc acetate) - OD - 10 days (afternoon) Calcium and vit D3 tab - OD - 10 days (afternoon) Becotab(vit b complex) - OD - 10 day(afternoon) I'm confused when to take ivermectin, either before food or after food.please help me with that. Also after taking Azithromycin, I feel discomfort in my stomach, so to avoid that can I take rantac before food in the morning? Please suggest

I have tested positive It is gone 14 days now days I'm not feeling good I am taking vitamin c zincovit multivitamin cap Azithrol my all symptoms are ok but I feel problem to take breath my oxigen level is 98 .
