I have been taking nexito from a while now, and today I got vaccinated( covaxin). Shall I continue taking it or wait for 2-3 days

I had tested Covid +ve 20 days back and after 15 days of home isolation, I tested -ve. Had taken Ibermetin and Doxycycline along with Vitamins during the Covid phase.
