Allergic rhinitis is a chronic condition but can be managed. It can be precipitated by dusts, climate changes ad food too. You need to so a blood test ( absolute eosinophil count ) to see the severity of allergies.
Anti allergic medicines need to be taken in a proper course not on and off.
Consult me via practo for further management.
You need to take the medicine regularly for controlling allergies. It could be seasonal as well. Please consult a doctor, explain the patterns and symptoms you have in detail to get a long term solution. There are tests to identify what you could be allergic to.
