What is the right way to take primosa 1000 & evions 400 & how much months should be take it for relief in breast pain?

I had covid symptoms last month but I recovered . But from past 3 weeks I got sever cough and flem coming out . I've been taking renorest and bresol syrup , and also steaming I drink kashayam every day but still I'm coughing. Pls suggest me what should I do to recover .

My father and mother got recovered from covid 20days back.. From then to till date their crp levels are 14 and 10 Today we got them tested for IgG and IgM their values are Father - IgG 44.93 and IgM 3.97 Mother - IgG 48.68 and IgM 1.34 Doctor recommend only blood thinner and zinc  for my father and only zinc for my mother... Why thr crp is still more than normal amd why these IgM is more.. Is there any danger due to this what should we do... Please explain and suggest accordingly

Hi Doctor, I have a digital BP machine at home and whenever I check my husband BP it is in the range between 140-150/90-100. Is it normal for a 30yr old man to have that much BP. I have checked his BP after waking up in the morning. Please suggest.

I've been having painless Bumps on both the sides of my tongue since 15 days. My CBC, iron,B12, D3,  calcium, urine tests are in the normal range. Are covid vaccines safe ? My employer has arranged mandatory covid vaccination camp.My slot is booked for tomorrow, but I am afraid to take it. As there are news that people are getting covid positive within 2 weeks of taking covishield vaccine. Also, few people are reported to die within 10 days of vaccination. Really scared of taking the vaccine. But my family is saying I should go and take. Even though my parents themselves tested covid positive in April within 13days of taking first dose of vaccine.

The doctor has given me this medicine for runny nose. But I could not ask whether I can take this medicine with my regular medicine or I have to take both of them at different times?
