What is difference between fatty liver and fibrofatty lever? What is meaning of  "fibrofatty changes of liver" in ultrasound report? And what does my attached xray image suggest, is everything normal? Thanks.

X ray is over exposed not clear bit is normal Fibrofatty changes is a age related process which can be delayed but can not prevented
