Hello sir/Madam, For last 2 days I got severe body pain due to exercise. Please suggest what to do I did workout after long time

Take it slow.since you have mentioned doing work out after long time. Pre and Post workout snack (protein bar,nuts and dry fruits), plenty of oral fluids like buttermilk,orsL, coconut water. Be hydrated all the time. Take a day off from work out once a week to give time to your muscles to heal.

These are micro muscle tears which r for muscle hypertropy but excessive can lead to acute Kidney injury
