Is it safe to take covisheild vaccine while I have uti and constipation and I am taking antibiotics?

Sir, my time for taking second dose for covaxin had already gone. In my region everywhere only covishield is present. Will it affect my body if I take second dose late than the time prescribed??

Sir/ma'am Post Covid my patient who is diabetic 70yr male, was prescribed blood thinners,steroid , amoldipine, multivitamin for 15 days, post that only blood thinners and steroid were stopped and rest medicine were continued. His latest report says his d dimer is high. Should we start our old blood thinners medicine(Dabigatran 90 OD) till our doctor is available or should we wait for 1 week?. Is this di dimer Level very high or alarming? His pulse rate resting is 80-90bpm , BP is normal and spo2 96. Report snapshot attached.

Sir/Madam, I was diagnosed COVID positive on 16 May and I am in home isolation till date. My home isolation period 14 days is completing today. I have no COVID related symptoms as on date.
