Having low grade fever

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I had a covid on 23/04/2021,i suffered from lung infection and typhoid,after the treatment all test came out negative but still i am having low grade fever,its between 99_9.6 or sometimes 99.8 recently my cbc report came on 16/06/2021,my platelletes is little low 130 and my lymphocite is little high 41.80,what should i do,i am so worried

You can get an antibody test done, also get ur crp test done, this will show the reason for your low grade fever
