Blood Pressure
I'm feeling dizziness and spinning inside my head since 3 days. I slept and it was okay for the whole day yesterday but night suddenly it started again and i still have it. I checked my blood Pressure yesterday and it was 114 systolic and 67 diastolic. My head feels it's spinning and it feels like a blood rush to head. Should I be worried? What should be my next steps?
