I am taking cetirizine 10mg daily for last 2 years. If I don't take it increase sneezing. Is there any side affect? One more question is there any relation to this and covid vaccine? Can I take vaccine?

B12 - 177 Ferritin - 14 (taking iron pills) I am having yellow/pale skin, formication, pins and needles, dizziness, weakness which I think is due to b12 and nerve problems High dose of b12 not suiting me as I get acne and injections don't suit me , can I take mixture of b1(100mg), b6(5mg) and b12(65 mcg) - b12 in this is low but will it improve it and how long Please suggest. Hi doctor! I feels some pain right side just below the ribs while touching for last 4 years.I had consulted so many doctors but no relief...i had done with endoscopy,Cect abdomen,hrct chest,but nothing came out.i took neuropathy medicine like pregabalin,maxgalin,trytomer as per doctor advise,but not relief. In CECT there are some multiple messenteic lymph nodes are seen. Kindly advise for the further as well as medicine also. Thankyou.

Hello Dr. Does covid impact our sleeping cycle? My mother currently recovering from covid. I noticed her unusal sleeping timing. Sometimes she use to sleep a lot more than 9 to 10 hours and sometimes she just sleep as little as 4 hours max. She is 56. It already her 39th day. Her BP remains in between 90-110/60-75. Is it because of her low BP? She did not have any bp related problem before covid. She is also taking VRXGold Q10 tablet daily.

Is Acebrophylline (cerophyl SR) and Acebrophylline (AB phyllinr SR) are same? As we are not getting Acebrophylline (cerophyl SR) every where
