What is the use of azecin 500 tablet Is this tablet is useful in allergy like cough,cold sneezing,blocked nose and watery eyes

I have got covid19 vaccine yesterday(29may) 1:30pm  and after 4 hours I feel from my bike get some injuries on my leg and hand .I immediately went to nearest small clinic get my wounds dressed .he recommed me to get tetanus injection within 24hrs. So should I take it,or can I take it within 48hrs and in what time frame we can take tetanus injection after injury?

Persistent low grade fever which rises in the morning till 99.6-99.8 stays there and comes back normal in the night along with body aches. It's happening for last 30 days. I was diagnosed with Covid last month. But my only symptom was low grade fever and body aches, which is still going on. I have had my CBC, ESR. Reports attached. With this I'm afraid whether is it inclining towards blood cancer ?
