  4. Body Heating. But there is nothing?

Hello Doctor, at times during the day i feel hotness from inside for apparently no reason, i keel on checking temperature due to that but its always normal, what can be the reason of sometime feeling as if i got fever but there is nothing ?

Feeling of hotness could be due to normal Physiological temperature variations with respect to external environment or due to some Thyroid disorder(m/c Hyperthyroidism). So, please consult a Doctor in person for proper evaluation
