Dear Sir,
From today morning around 3 am. I am suffering from heavy fever & very hot body temperature. ..
Please suggest something.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
As of now you can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days.
Drink plenty of fluids. Take rest. Have a soft diet.
