You need to undergo some investigations for that like T3, T4, TSH, Random blood sugar, CBC, vitamin D3, Vitamin B12 etc to know what might be your issue, it might be any vitamin deficiency or anaemia too.

People working in outdoors under excessive heat can feel dehydrated often.
