You need to undergo some investigations for that like T3, T4, TSH, Random blood sugar, CBC, vitamin D3, Vitamin B12 etc to know what might be your issue, it might be any vitamin deficiency or anaemia too.
Excessive thirst can be due to many reasons.
You can start by correcting any habits or foods that might be causing the dehydration.
People working in outdoors under excessive heat can feel dehydrated often.
Few suggestions:
Avoid very spicy foods
Restrict sugary drinks and caffeine
Drink plenty of water
Include more fiber in your food
