Hi Doctor My ALT is 84.8 and My GGT 98.1 . How to reduce this ? I have attached my liver test report. Pls check and let me know, if I m under risk ? Is medication mandatory on this numbers ? Can diet plan on this numbers to reduce ? Is any liver transplant is required ? Pls help me

Your dietary habits need to be checked and also any kinds drugs if you are on it. If there is no as such history. Then add tab. Liv 52 ds twice a day for 10 days. It will be fine. Avoid junk ,oily and spicy food.
