Kindly suggest which vaccine should take,like covisheild or covaxin. Or i should wait for modrna ,pefizer and Sputnik .. because their efficacy is higher and covisheild is ban in some countries... Please 🙏 suggest

Hello sir, I don't any symptoms of Covid like fever, cough and any other mild symptoms but I am facing little difficult in breathing and have very small pain in Chest. This is due to Covid or any other reason.
