Hello dear doctors 😊 hope everyone is doing well. Wanted to know, What's the best vaccine Covishield, covaxin, sputnik and pfizer for the best Result ?

I was tested covid+ on 24th April.. I was admitted in CCC, there I got basic treatment (no steroids or antibiotics given). I was discharge and finished my quarantine on 07th May  I was fine for 1 week, on 16th May I  felt breathless  and doctor suggested for CT and CBC, dimer and crp . CT score was 2/40, CBC was normal, crp 5.04 and dimer 0.34 Doctor prescribed zinc and limcee for a week asprin for 5 days On 25th & 26th May I had low grade fever 98.6 - 99.1 which got subsided next day. From 01st June again I got low grade fever 98-99.3  till today sometimes I feel dry inside my nose and difficult to breath I feel lower tooth sensitivity too. Having difficult to sleep. Do I need any another test? Is it a reinfection or anxiety/stress issue?

Lest chest pain burn,stomach vibration,heartburn,tightness at throat down blood in stool ??????????

Having Diaorrea after Covishield first shot two days back. Has fever also. Paracetamol 500 m.g. given .
