I m getting high fever(102) with headache, body pain and chest pain afyer 8 hrs of covid vaccine. Is this normal or i need to worry?

I have taken Covidshild yesterday. N having fever from yesterday evening. Also had vomiting at night. Now energy level is total down. Taken crocin twice yesterday. Is this common side effects of vacine.

I am 45 years male height 5' 6", weight 100 kg. From last few weeks I am observing high blood pressure 150/100 intermittently. Started taking Telvas 40 however not regularly but on the day of high bp. I also feel leg shivers, heart palpitation and headache during high bp. Please suggest treatment. No diabetes or other issues except fatty liver.

Numbness & feeling ponking in leg from last 6 to 7 months,bo is normal sugar 250 to 280 paining sometime feeling heavy too
