I am having sores all over in my mouth. I have just recovered from covid. These sores are growing all over my mouth. I am attaching picture as well. Let me know if this is something severe.

I am 21 year old i am having high bp since 3 years now my bp increases again to 172/95 so dr gave me metoprolol succinate 50 mg ie.,velol xl 50 since 2 months earlier i used to have metoprolol succinate 25mg but now since 2 month i am having 50 mg but i am feeling low heart rate and also i m tired some time should I change the tablet to telmisartan 40 mg or stick to metoprolol succinate??
